Stripped some rotting wood siding. Replaced with OSB and wrapped complete home in Tyvek Home Wrap in order to prep for brick. In a few areas that could not be bricked we installed new Hardiboard concrete siding and painted it. New stamped & colored concrete rear patio and sidewalk. Retaining wall work to level off right side of home for wrap around sidewalk. Drainage trenches along back of home including downspout drains dug underground and piped out. Caulking and sealing of all windows on home. Repair of a few water rot issues with wood trim around some doors and windows.

A very beautiful home that has just gotten more and more beautiful.
